We couldn't find the right tools. So we built them.
Jeremy Kane was a D1 swimmer and national champion coach. His daughter Wells is a college volleyball recruit. When they started the recruiting process, they hit the same wall thousands of families face: existing platforms were either generic multi-sport afterthoughts or predatory cash grabs charging $1,300–$4,200 per year.
They weren't alone. Talking to hundreds of families revealed a painful pattern. Parents felt lost. Athletes didn't know which colleges fit their skill level and academic profile. Coaches were overwhelmed with contacts from players they'd never recruit.
Everyone had the same frustration: recruiting platforms were built to extract money, not to serve athletes.
"We realized we weren't looking for a better recruiting platform. We were looking for one that actually put athletes first. It didn't exist. So Wells and I decided to build it."
